Marty and Nichole Forbes were married at a late afternoon ceremony at Marks Ridge Winery in Sweet Home.
Pastor Ash Dubra presided.
In attendance were the bride’s parents, Beverly and Larry Frederick of Sweet Home, as well as the bride’s brothers, Russell and wife, Mary Cruz Frederick, of San Diego, Calif., and Brandy Joe Frederick of San Francisco, and bride’s daughter, Lea Knight of Sweet Home.
Also in attendance were the groom’s siblings, Terri Soper, husband Steve, and grandson Tanner, of Roseburg; Sheilah Swanson of Roseburg; Arlene Fausnaugh and daughter Deana, of Boise; James Forbes, wife Patty, and daughter Amanda, of Boise, along with the groom’s daughter, Lauren Forbes, of Milwaukie.
Both bride and groom are longtime employees of Wells Fargo Bank.
Hors d’oeuvre were served prior to the wedding with a wonderful chicken marsalis dinner presented after the ceremony.
A wedding trip to San Diego is planned in the spring.
