Courts: Aug. 14, 2024

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Robert Michael Butterfield, Hope Marie Connors, Curtis Ray Daniel, Ashlee Dee Flanagan, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Shauna Ray Harden, Noe Hernandez-Reyes, Michael Trevor Hilton, Charles James Marvel, Eric Wayne McKnight, Carrie Lynne Miller, Larry Robert Morgan, James Keith Mortensen, Steven Dale Myers, Nicholas Alan Nelson, Emmanuel Wayne Peters, Daniel Austin Phillips, Tammy Lavonn Robinson, Paul Levi Shelton, Eric Wayne Steadman, Joshua Alexander Williams.

 

Dylan Ryan Ross, was charged Aug. 5 with fourth degree assault, menacing, second degree disorderly conduct and second degree criminal trespass. 

 

Emmanuel Wayne Peters, was charged Aug. 6 with fourth degree assault and failure to perform duties of a driver to seriously injured persons. 

 

Franklin Joe Whitton, was sentenced Aug. 9 to 10 days confined in custody of the Supervisory Authority and 24 months of supervised probation following a guilty plea for first degree theft. In a separate case, Whitton was sentenced Aug 9 to 96 hours in custody of the Supervisory Authority following a guilty plea for menacing. In a separate case, Whitton was sentenced Aug. 9 to 24 months of probation and 60 days confined to the Supervisory Authority following a guilty plea for attempt to commit a class A felony – first degree burglary. Charges dismissed; attempt to commit a class C unclassified felony. 

 

Jacob Reginald Bliss, was dismissed Aug. 9 of two counts of felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm. 

 

Jason Aaron Burr, was charged Aug. 7 with telephonic harassment. 

 

Jeffery Scott Rowe, was charged Aug. 8 with menacing, unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest and first degree burglary. 

 

Joshua Meulink, was charged Aug. 5 to fourth degree assault and harassment.
