David Eugene Picray, 75, was charged March 31 to 36 months of supervised probation following a no contest plea on an original charge for unlawful use of a weapon.
Bobbi Jo Stroud, 46, was charged May 29 to 65 months in custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections and 36 months post prison supervision following a no contest plea for first degree burglary. Charges dismissed: Second degree assault and first degree theft. In a different case, Stroud was charged May 29 to 30 months in custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections and 24 months post prison supervision following no contest pleas for four counts of tampering with a witness. Charges dismissed: Five counts of tampering with a witness.
