August Charles Borromeo, was charged June 10 with strangulation constituting domestic violence.
Nicholas Edward Cruse, 29, was sentenced June 10 to 18 months supervised probation, 240 hours in custody of the Linn County Sheriff’s Department and $200 fine following no contest pleas for fourth degree assault constituting domestic violence and second degree criminal mischief. Charges dismissed: coercion, second degree disorderly conduct, failure to perform duties of a drive, reckless driving, second degree criminal trespass.
Ruben Ray Deleon, 47, was sentenced June 13 to 10 days in custody of the supervisory authority, 12 months of bench probation, and a $100 fine following a no contest plea for unlawful possession of a firearm. Charges dismissed: driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving.
Stephen Christopher Schoonover, 35, was sentenced June 13 to 48 hours in custody of the supervisory authority, 24 months bench probation, a $1,000 fine, and one year license suspension following no contest pleas for driving under the influence of intoxicants and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Shauna Ray Harden, was charged June 12 with second degree burglary and third degree theft.
Mikeal Gerald Patrick Strawn, was charged June 11 with driving under the influence of intoxicants, criminal driving while suspended and reckless driving.
Andriel Justine Vertrees, was dismissed from charges for first degree burglary and second degree criminal mischief.
