He was born June 10, 1934 in Pattawatomie County, Okla. to Sam M. and Stella M. (Farley) Reves.
He was raised in Oklahoma until his family moved to the Sweet Home area in 1948. He returned to Arkansas in 1989 and lived there until returning to Sweet Home in 2012.
