The second annual 5K Dam Run will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 15, at the Foster Dam parking lot on the south end of the dam.
The event is being organized this year by the Sweet Home Youth Advisory Council in partnership with The Valley Girls, a team of women preparing to run the Hood to Coast Relay in August. Proceeds from the race will benefit the American Cancer Society.
