He was born Oct. 25, 1941 in St. Louis, Mo., to James and Marie (Nichelson) Williams.
Mr. Williams lived in Salem and Sweet Home. He worked as a cook and landscaper through the years. He liked the outdoors; hunting, fishing and camping.
