David Lee Fowler, 61, of Sweet Home, died April 4, 2021.
He was born June 11, 1959 in Charlotte, N.C. to Elbert Till and Mary (McLean) Fowler.
Mr. Fowler served during the Cold War, including 10 years on a submarine as a fire control tech. His active duty was to protect the Northwest from foreign threat.
