Dean P. Jurica, 50, of Sweet Home, died May 11, 2019 at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.
He was born Sept. 11, 1968 in Lebanon. He grew up in Sweet Home and graduated from Sweet Home High School.
Mr. Jurica worked numerous years for the Willamette/Weyerhaeuser Foster Mill and, at the time of his death, was employed by HEVI-Shot in Sweet Home.
