Debra Lynn Withrow (nee Bowman) passed away July 25, 2026.
Born on June 15, 1955, she lived a life rooted in the simple beauty of nature. She was an avid angler who found her greatest peace and joy in the outdoors. Her absolute favorite place to be was on the quiet waters of Clear Lake, waiting for the next big catch.
Her greatest legacy is the family she built and nurtured. She leaves behind her three children and 11 grandchildren, who will forever remember her adventurous spirit and love for life’s quiet moments.
In accordance with her wishes, no formal religious services will be held.
Her family will gather privately at Clear Lake to scatter her ashes and celebrate her memory in the place she loved most.
