He was born Aug. 3, 1933 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Millard and Norma (Hoyer) Klopp.
He moved to Hillsboro in 1979, eventually moving to Sweet Home in 2002. He enjoyed computers, fishing, guns and reading.
