School District 55 filed a motion on May to dismiss its lawsuit against Nan Seiber.
The motion said that Seiber “has testified under oath that she does not have any confidential documents, which might be the subject matter of this suit.
“(Seiber) has testified under oath that she will not breach any remaining duties to maintain confidential information regarding the former employee at issue, the resignation agreement or any of the terms and conditions thereof.
