School District 55 enrollment was down by 39 students as of Friday, the end of the first week of the 2010-11 school year.
The district had 2,325 students, down from 2,364 in September 2009.
Foster Elementary School, Sweet Home Charter School and Sweet Home Junior High experienced growth, while all of the remaining five schools experienced decreases.
