Dorothy Marie Smith, 94, of Sweet Home, died June 13, 2019 at the Oregon Veteran’s Home in Lebanon.
She was born on October 1, 1924, in Goodman, Mo. to George and Mary Elizabeth (Marker) Spencer, one of 10 children.
She attended Banner Grade School through eighth grade, in Splitlog, Mo.
She married Frank Smith in 1942 in Joplin, Mo. While he was in the Army they lived in many places around the U.S.
