Driver blacks out and crashes into Main Street building

A driver damaged struck a parked car, a street sign, a wall and the White’s building on Main Street Friday afternoon after blacking out.

Driver Danny Martinell, 49, blacked out due to a pre-existing medical condition, Police Chief Bob Burford said. His vehicle struck a mini-van owned by Donna Noble, 43, before coming to rest at the building, located at 1218 Main St.

No citations were issued. Martinell was not injured in the accident, but he was transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital because of the pre-existing medical condition.
