I hope the Driver Card ballot measure passes, because I want to know that the drivers on the road with me know what they are doing, that they understand enough English to read signs, and obey the basic rules of the road.
The Driver Card for “illegals” should have in large bold print across the top: NOT VALID FOR IDENTIFICATION.
Whatever name that person goes by, and photo to match, should only assure us…
