Deputy Rodney David and other law enforcement officials view vehicle pulled from Foster reservoir Sunday morning. The driver of the vehicle, Sean Bunting, was taken to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital and then to the Linn County Jail. Rescue divers continue to search the spillway area on Monday for the body of a passenger in the vehicle.
