Edwin J. Luttmer, 91, of Lebanon died June 20, 2011 at Charis Cottage Adult Care Home in Lebanon.
He was born March 10, 1920 in Enid, Okla., the son of Bernard and Anna (Wegmann) Luttmer. He resided in several states growing up, doing farm work with his family. Mr. Luttmer entered the Army in 1942 and drove armored tank while serving in the Pacific during World War II.…
