Elmer M. Branson, 62, of Sweet Home died April 27, 2007.
He was born Sept. 29, 1944 in Amarillo, Texas, the son of Elmer and Gladys (Carper) Branson.
Mr. Branson came to Sweet Home in the early 1960s. He found work in logging and soon became one of the best timbercutters around. In 1987, he was injured while on the job, causing him to retire. He continued to…
