Elmira 60, Sweet Home 28
The Elmira Falcons defeated the Huskies 60-28 in girls basketball Friday night in Sweet Home.
Missing two injured starters, Annie Whitfield and Sarah Wyatt, the Huskies fell behind 12-2 in the first quarter. They fought their way back in the second to trail just 24-17 at halftime, within striking distance.
