Elouise L. Miller, 98, of Sweet Home, died Feb. 26, 2006.
She was born Nov. 19, 1907 to Walter B. and Verdia (Walkup) Littell. She married Joe Miller, a pilot, and they moved to many different locations. They settled in Sweet Home in the late 1940s, where he drove a log truck and she took care of the home and taught at Liberty and McDowell Creek schools.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her daughter, Frances Amundson of Sweet Home; son, Michael Miller of Sweet Home; nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband as well as one son, Delbert Miller, and one sister and a brother.
Private burial took place at Gilliland Cemetery in Sweet Home. Workman & Steckly Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.
