Entries for the second annual Lighted Christmas Parade are being accepted until 5 p.m. November 30 at the Sweet Home Chamber of Commerce.
Entries arriving after that date may be allowed in the parade but will not be judged or eligible for prizes.
Check-in will be at the registration booth at the corner of 22nd and Long at 4:30 p.m. December 2. Judging will start at 5:30 p.m. and the parade will being promptly at 6 p.m.
One overall grand prize will be award. Trophies will be awarded to first place in both divisions. Ribbons for second and third places.
Prohibited are water guns, throwing objects such as candy from parade units, no firearms or fireworks and no advertising signs on the median strip of Highway 20 during the parade.
There will be two divisions.
Commercial: log trucks, semis, dump trucks, flat bed trucks, large utility, fire trucks, other.
There is a $10 entry fee for the commercial division.
Private: four wheel drive pickups, two wheel drive picks, mini trucks, flat bed pick ups, tractors.
There is a $5 entry fee for the private division.
