In a front-page news story Monday, Feb. 26, in another paper, it was stated that ethanol was on the horizon for the grass seed burners and possibly within 10 years.
Let’s hope that all the parts come together in a short time. It would even be better if this could happen in less than the 10 years.
That’s great news for us on the east and west side of Interstate 5. Perhaps those of us that live in Sweet Home, Shedd, Halsey and Lebanon areas would not have to have all the smoke we now are subject to.
