Michael Joseph Morrell, who was the business teacher at Sweet Home High School, was sentenced to two 30-day jail sentences on Feb. 22 after pleading guilty to two counts of third-degree sexual abuse.
A third sexual abuse charge was dismissed as part of a plea bargain.
The sentences were to be served concurrently.
In addition, he was ordered to pay $400 in fines and fees and will serve 36 months of probation.
