Faron “Red” Young Pugh, 84, of Sweet Home, died April 23, 2020.
He was born Dec. 27, 1935 in Pensacola, Fla. to Henry and Gertrude (Wilson) Pugh.
He served in the United States Army from Jan. 8, 1954 until he was honorably discharged on Jan. 24, 1960. While stationed in Port Townsend, Wash., he met and married Mary L. Simpson on July 2, 1955.
