A Lebanon man was killed on the afternoon of Wednesday, Feb. 11, when his motorcycle crashed on Park Street.
When police arrived on location just past Elmore Street, first responders were performing CPR, but the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police Chief Frank Stevenson confirmed the identity of the driver was Hayden Dye, 21.
Based on initial evidence, police determined that Dye’s motorcycle appeared to have been going around the curve too fast when the driver lost control, ultimately hitting the concrete barrier or pole between the offices of RKI Insurance and the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce.
