Sweet Home police have announced the arrest of a final suspect in the Feb. 9 beating attack on a 13-year-old Sweet Home student.
Custin Jones, Jr., 21, of the Albany area, was arrested Tuesday, March 29, and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, plus third-degree assault and riot, which are Class C felonies.
Jones was lodged at the Linn County Jail on $13,000 bail.
