Fire destroyed a single-wide manufactured home early Friday afternoon, May 12, in the 33000 block of Ford Mill Road in Lebanon.
The Lebanon Fire District reported that initial responding units arrived shortly after 12:42 p.m. to find that the structure had collapsed in the conflagration. Crews spent the next 30 minutes extinguishing the remaining fire.
The district responded with 23 personnel on 10 apparatuses. The Albany Fire Department helped cover the city while Lebanon crews worked at the scene.
No injuries were reported.
Following the incident, the district issued a public reminder to ensure plenty of distance between flammable structures and outdoor fires or backyard burning.
“All outdoor fires should be continuously monitored,” the statement read, “and on-site water should be available to prevent the fire from spreading.”
