A Sweet Home High School senior will be the first to receive a new scholarship funded by the Sweet Home Volunteer Firefighters Association.
The $600 scholarship will be divided and paid per term or semester. The recipient must be a full-time student and maintain at least 12 credit hours per term with a 2.5 or better GPA. Waivers to these conditions may be petitioned to the Fire Chief.
