Florence Heimbuch, 91, of Lebanon, died Nov. 24, 2006 at Willamette Manor in Lebanon.
She was born March 26, 1915 in Madina, N.D., the daughter of Jacob and Katherine (Weire) Rohrbach.
She grew up in North Dakota. She married Edward Emanuel Heimbuch on July 27, 1934. They lived in Twin Falls, Idaho for a short time before moving to California.
In 1948 they moved to Ellensburg, Wash. and, in 1967, to Lebanon, where she has lived since.
Mrs. Heimbuch was a loving and caring person, known for being hardworking and strong, and who held her family together many times. She enjoyed gardening.
She is survived by her daughters, Juanita Boyer of Lebanon, Joan Lenderman of Moxee, Wash., Shirley Oxford of Lebanon, Rita Sweet of Seal Rock, Donna Hearon of Sweet Home and Margo Johnson of Elkton; her son, Ray Heimbuch of Lebanon; a brother ,Bill Rohrbach of California; sisters, Esther Long, Alice Smithers, Leona Hellbusch and Juanita Hellbusch, all of California; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Emanuel Heimbuch, on Jan. 30, 1986; her son, Richard Heimbuch; her daughter, Dorothy Depue; brothers, Rueben and Harold Rohrbach; and her sister, Marian Woods.
A private family burial will take place in Ellensburg, Wash., at a later date.
