Sweet Home Forestry Club’s home held a competition Saturday morning, March 8. Eight schools and 92 students participated in the event. Sweet Home students who did particularly well were Julie Morgan, Justin Wolfe, Kara Baker, Sydney Nichol, and Carl Steinborn. The competition was sponsored by Cascade Timber, Burke Logging, Rice Logging, RDL Logging, McCollum OFRI, Gary Olson Trucking, Sweet Home ODF, Weyerhaeuser, and 22 volunteers who helped put it on.
