Sweet Home Trails Committee will hold a Foster Lake Trail and Offroad Run at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, starting and finishing at Lewis Creek Park.
The approximately five-mile race will be half on the Foster Lake Trail and half in the drained reservoir bed, where runners will need to negotiate their way through mud and stumps.
Cost is $25 through Nov. 11 and $35 after that date. Sign up at athletepath.com. Entries are limited to 175 people.
Packet pickup and day-of reservations will be from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. Food and drink will be available after the race.
