Frances L. Scott, 90, of Sweet Home died Feb. 14, 2013.
She was born in Akeley, Minn. to Frank and Agnes (Graf) Foster.
She was raised in Minnesota, then moved to Seattle, Wash. in 1956. In 1970 she moved to Onalaska, Wash. and then to Sweet Home after retiring in 1984.
Mrs. Scott was a member of Eastern Star and church groups. She was a wonderful loving mother…
