A Halloween and hard-times party will be held at the high school by the Sweet Home Rock and Mineral Society. Fines will be imposed on all party-goers who arrive in dress clothes. Plans for the party were discussed during the monthly meeting, which also included discussion about raising funds to buy rock-cutting and polishing machinery for club members.
