KGAL owner Gorden Allen reported construction on the powerful new radio station in Lebanon is progressing “satisfactorily.” He hopes to have the 1,000-watt station’s 250 foot transmitting tower raised this week. The new radio voice will feature programs from the Sweet Home-Lebanon area, but Allen plans to promote all of Linn County with its 60-mile reach.
