Little Promises will host a fund-raising event at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, to help Michael and Peggy Rolph.
Michael Rolph, a special education teacher at Sweet Home High School, has been hospitalized off and on since November, and neither have been able to work.
Peggy Rolph worked at Little Promises 20 years ago. She works in the high school attendance office.
“It has been a bumpy ride for them,” said Nelia Taraski, director of Little Promises. The event will feature a pulled pork dinner, supplied by an individual donor. A&W is donating coleslaw.
The event will include a silent auction.
Anyone who wishes to donate to the Rolphs or the silent auction may contact Peggy Rolph at (541) 405-1740 or her daughter Cari at (541) 401-0782.
The goal is to raise $15,000, Taraski said.
