The Huskies finished their season in girls basketball defeating Taft 33-13 on the road Friday after losing 66-8 to Philomath on Feb. 16.
Against Taft, the Huskies led 9-4 after one quarter and 17-10 at halftime. They led 23-12 at the end of the third quarter.
“We were up by seven at halftime,” said Coach John Barnes. Instead of putting Taft away, “we came out in the third quarter, and both teams struggled.”
