A caller reported a man in a gorilla suit chasing a vehicle as it went by in the area of 18th and Tamarack streets on Jan. 25.
Police responded at 8:30 p.m.
The 26-year-old man in the suit was gone by the time police arrived, said Police Chief Jeff Lynn.
