The Sweet Home Community Foundation is offering funding for several projects that will improve the quality of life in Sweet Home, would have broad support and will have a lasting beneficial effect to the community.
Grants are available up to $2,500 each. The proposed grant recipient must be a 501(c) 3 or other qualified tax-exempt organization, or the charitable or educational project must be implemented in affiliation with such an organization.
