White’s Electronics, Inc., held its annual Christmas party on Dec. 9 at the Sweet Home Veteran’s Club. It was a smashing success.
The members, volunteers and employees provided outstanding service and hospitality. The food and refreshment were great. The building and decorations looked very festive and created a nice holiday atmosphere. It was all done with a little flair and lots of style. Several vehicles were vandalized in the area recently so they provided parking lot security.
The personnel dressed in white tuxedo shirts with black bow ties. The hors d’oeuvres were tasty and plentiful. The staff arranged a buffet-style dinner that served 220 dinners in an orderly and timely manner. They served a choice of chicken or prime rib dinner with all the trimmings followed by dessert.
We received exceptional service throughout dinner and clearing off the tables.
Our program opened with the club commander leading us in the Pledge of Allegiance to our flag and a moment of silence for our troops. Following our program the staff rearranged tables allowing room for a dance floor. The majority of us stayed and enjoyed the evening dancing to the “All Rights Reserved” band.
Thank you, Sweet Home Veteran’s Club for making White’s Electronics 2006 Christmas party one of the best ever.
