Gritta Helene Somatis, 85, of Sweet Home died Jan. 20, 2016.
She was born May 22, 1930 in Berlin, Germany. She came to the United States, from Germany, where she eventually married Ceaser (Joe) Somatis and settled in California. Some years later she came to Sweet Home.
Mrs. Somatis volunteered at the Sweet Home Library and was a homemaker.
