To reflect local economic downturns, Sweet Home Habitat for Humanity has adjusted the upper and lower income guidelines to qualify for a Habitat home.
Families who fall within the guidelines are encouraged to apply to be a partner with Habitat to build their own home.
Habitat then sells the homes to the families at no interest.
