The inaugural Runaway Pumpkin Half Marathon will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Oct. 29 at Cheadle Lake in Lebanon.
Both runners and (fast) walkers are welcome. Runners are encouraged to wear pumpkin costumes and attire.
Race proceeds go to the ABC House in Albany, which serves children affected by domestic violence and abuse.
