Hannah Ann Owen, 36, of Sweet Home, died Oct. 22, 2021.
She was born Feb. 10, 1985 in Denver, Colo., to Ben Edwin and Leah Ann (Culbertson) Owen.
Ms. Owen had lived in Monmouth, Lebanon, Cottage Grove, Albany, Molalla, Depoe Bay, Seaside, Astoria and Sweet Home. She moved to Sweet Home when she was 17 after living off and on in the community through her childhood.
Ms. Owen volunteered at Gleaners. She attended The River Center since she was 17 years old and with her children since 2004.
She enjoyed art and jewelry making.
Ms. Owen is survived by her children, Heather Lowe, Jeddadia Lowe, Nevaeh Mize and Ada Sappington, all of Sweet Home; covenant partner Robert Lee of Sweet Home; father Ben Owen and step-mother Marina Owen, both of Svensen; step-father Robert Kramer of Kennewick, Wash.; grandmother Rosanne Culbertson of Sweet Home; sister Tamara Horn of Kennewick, Wash.; seven nieces and nephews of Kennewick; uncles and aunts Aaron and Tammy Culbertson of LaPine, Phillip and Julie Culbertson of Jefferson, John Owen, Jimmy Owen, Bobby Owen, Barbara and Edwin Werre, all of Sherwood; and numerous cousins.
Ms. Owen was preceded in death by her baby, Derin Lowe; mother Leah Culbertson Kramer; grandfather Kenneth Culbertson; grandparents Bobbie and Georgia Owen; and uncle Zane Culbertson.
A celebration of Life will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, at River Center in Lebanon.
