Helena Ruth Tuttle, 51, of Sweet Home died March 27, 2014.
She was born March 12, 1963 in Manhattan, N.Y. to Jonas and Elfriede (Frankfurther) Gavish.
She grew up in New York and moved to California, where she met her husband Mack. They lived in Florida, Utah and Colorado, before finally settling in Oregon.
Mrs. Tuttle was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She worked as a veterinary technician and also as a dialysis technician. She and her husband enjoyed raising dogs for many years, a full-time hobby.
Mrs. Tuttle is survived by her husband, Mack Tuttle; a son, Domenick Tuttle of Sweet Home; daughters Savana Ingrim and Shawana Ingrim; mother Shula Gavish of Brooksville, Fla.; and 3 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jonas Gavish; and brother Jack Gavish.
A memorial service is planned for 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 12, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Sweet Home.
