She was born March 12, 1963 in Manhattan, N.Y. to Jonas and Elfriede (Frankfurther) Gavish.
She grew up in New York and moved to California, where she met her husband Mack. They lived in Florida, Utah and Colorado, before finally settling in Oregon.
Mrs. Tuttle was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.…
