Hobby Lobby workers have rights

Editor:

People love facts, but they can be nebulous, depending on the source.

In the case of Hobby Lobby, their female employees still receive a choice of 16 contraceptives, paid for by their employer, that prevent pregnancy.

Hobby Lobby only contested four that induce the abortion of a living embryo.

From their perspective, demanding they pay for aiding and abetting the killing of a baby denied them their right to choose and forced them to go against their moral code of ethics, granted to them by law.

The Supreme Court majority agreed.

Women still have their personal rights to choose that the Supreme Court granted them. They just can no longer demand that their employer must pay for their personal decision and choice.

And that is the fact in this case.
