New playground equipment was installed last week at Holley School. The school had an old wooden play structure that “definitely needed to go,” said Principal Todd Barrett, because it was showing a lot of wear. The school’s PTC raised about $46,000 for the new equipment, which the district is installing. The PTC raises most of its funds through an annual auction. Its second largest fund-raising event is the Lick-a-Scoop booth at the Oregon Jamboree.
