Lebanon Police have been unable to locate next-of-kin to Alfred Andrew Nichelson, Jr., the 56-year-old Sweet Home man who found submerged in the pond at Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn, in Lebanon on Feb. 24.
Lebanon Police Department and Lebanon Fire District personnel arrived at 7:58 a.m., in response to a report from grounds-keeping employees, and located a body in the water that appeared to have been submerged…
