Human remains have been found in an area off Gordon Road, 13 miles east of Sweet Home, Linn County Sheriff Jim Yon said Monday.
Yon said the Sheriff’s Office received a call at 1:37 p.m. Friday April 3, regarding possible found human remains on U.S. Forest Service road 417. This area is approximately five miles up Gordon Road.
Linn County deputies were taken to the area by the caller and they secured the scene.
